AIVD’s Influenza A/B & COVID-19 Antigen Combo Rapid Test helps to rapidly identify if a patient is suffering from either SARS-CoV-2 or influenza viruses.

The kit is an in vitro immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Covid-19, Influenza A and Influenza B virus antigens in human nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal swab, and salvia samples. It can simultaneously detect the antigens of the three viruses and provides an easy workflow, short turnaround time, and rapid diagnosis.

The COVID-19/ FluA/ FluB Antigen Combo Rapid Test Kit contains latex bead conjugate pad and a membrane strip pre-coated with antibodies specific to SARS-CoV-2 and Flu A/B antigen on the test line. In case the sample contains the antigen, it will interact with the latex bead-labeled anti-SARS-COV-2 and Flu A/B NP antibodies on the conjugate pad and a visible red band will appear on the test line (T). Also, when test line not appear, the result considered negative. Then the control line (C) is used for procedure control and should always appear when the test is performed correctly.
